These are lookups we need for Wanless Web. I've tried to include only
those that have a page number or other specific information, and I've
included the FHL census film numbers to make it easy for the lookup
volunteers [I'm still adding film numbers; this part isn't done yet].
If you are going to Salt Lake City or anywhere else that has
any of the records shown here, please take an extra 10
minutes to do one (or more!) of these lookups, and please make sure
you write down everything, especially birthplace and other people in
the same household (or make photocopies). With everybody's help, we
can make more connections between our family lines and solve each
others' mysteries. Thanks!

Court Records

Kings Co, New York - Surrogate Court records - on 19 Nov 1885 this court heard the probate of the will of Margaret Sanderson dated 7 Oct 1881, now deceased; plaintiffs included John T. Wandless, and Walter W. Wandless and their sister Jeanette Cheesman or Chessman, and they may have sworn a complaint against their brother William R.G. Wandless. 21 Nov 1885 Daily Eagle reports that the will of Margaret Sanderson was probated in the past week, so it should have happend on the 19th or 20th. Need the details of this case - how are the parties related to Ms. Sanderson and to each other? Need her original will too.
