    • Apparently he remarried after his arrival in Canada, since he was still a widower in 1851 but has a wife Margaret in 1861 and thereafter. Does anybody know Margaret's name?

      Who is Flora Bruce, single, family member, b. abt 1822 in Scotland, with them in the 1851 Ontario census? Could she be the dau. of Mary Wanless & Robert Bruce of Charleston, South Carolina, in tree 3?
